Jowett Way

Working with well-known local logistics business, Elddis Transport, Beckwith & Hanlon provided specialist Section 278 detailed design associated with a new access junction and footpath off Jowett Way in Newton Aycliffe.

Hadrian Yard

Beckwith & Hanlon were commissioned to undertake a Flood Risk Assessment to support a planning application for a rectangular shaped temporary (modular construction) workshop building to provide a flexible indoor working area, associated with the production of wind turbine components.

North Siemens Site

The proposed scheme relating to the North Siemens site, off Depot Road in Newcastle is a timber storage yard facility consisting of a new access junction, on site circulation road, parking area for cars and HGVs as well as hardstanding areas for storage racks.

Stadium Way

Proposed commercial development on Bishop Auckland Retail Park consisting of a small Eatery unit, 3No. Trade units including a fit out for Toolstation, onsite circulation road and parking bay areas.

B&M

The proposed scheme consisted of an extension on the southern elevation of the existing B&M retail store to increase the sales floor area and create a garden centre for the store.

Northumberland College

Pre-planning Flood Risk Assessment and Preliminary Drainage Strategy to support an outline planning application of up to 250 dwellings at the site of Northumberland College in Ashington.

Cragside

Beckwith & Hanlon were commissioned by the National Trust to undertake a comprehensive survey of all drainage and utilities within close proximity of Cragside House.

The proposed scheme at Greenhill, Brampton is a residential development providing 61 new affordable homes consisting of 2, 3, and 4 bed homes of bungalows and 2 storey units.

The proposed scheme at Brass Castle Lane in Nunthorpe is a residential development consisting of 45 new build executive houses.

Neon Club

Beckwith & Hanlon provided pre and post planning Civil, Structural and Geotechnical services for the development of 14 residential dwellings at the former (demolished) Neon Club in Jarrow, for Tandem Construction Ltd (on behalf of Places for People).

Croft Mill

The proposed scheme in Foulridge, Lancashire close to the boundary with North Yorkshire is a residential development consisting of 17 new build dwellings.

Relocated Amber Valley Rugby Club

The proposed development was associated with a new rugby club facility for Amber Valley to allow them to vacant their current site to facilitate the redevelopment for a new housing development.

Beamish Park Holiday Lodges

Preliminary highway design of a section of proposed access road from a new junction, providing vehicular access to a sales lodge for a new development of holiday lodges at the rear of Beamish Park Hotel.
